92. Al-Lail · The Night
Makkan21 verses
وَمَا لِأَحَدٍ عِندَهُۥ مِن نِّعْمَةٍۢ تُجْزَىٰٓ
92:19and does not expect any reward from anyone,
إِلَّا ٱبْتِغَآءَ وَجْهِ رَبِّهِ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ
92:20but seek only the pleasure of their Lord, the Most Exalted,
وَلَسَوْفَ يَرْضَىٰ
92:21and, surely, soon they will be well-pleased.

Commentary on this passage
Verse 21
1.Certain commentators have pointed out that the Verses are in praise of Abu Bakr, but they did not take the trouble to state for which of his act it was revealed. And they have not clarified this from the Verses mentioned, which is about two types of characters, out of these which Verses are revealed in his praise.
