88. Al-Ghaashiya · The Overwhelming
Makkan26 verses
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
هَلْ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ ٱلْغَٰشِيَةِ
وُجُوهٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍ خَٰشِعَةٌ
88:2Some faces on that day will be humbled,
عَامِلَةٌۭ نَّاصِبَةٌۭ
تَصْلَىٰ نَارًا حَامِيَةًۭ
تُسْقَىٰ مِنْ عَيْنٍ ءَانِيَةٍۢ
88:5and made to drink from a boiling spring.
لَّيْسَ لَهُمْ طَعَامٌ إِلَّا مِن ضَرِيعٍۢ
لَّا يُسْمِنُ وَلَا يُغْنِى مِن جُوعٍۢ
88:7neither nourishing, nor of avail against hunger.

Ghaashiya - Qiyamat, because it will shroud by its terror and fear, all the creatures.

Aamela - Naaseba - Those tiring works that one has to do. Those who carry the load of iron collars and chains.
