Makkan60 verses
كَذَٰلِكَ يَطْبَعُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
30:59Thus does Allah seal the hearts of those who do not know.
فَٱصْبِرْ إِنَّ وَعْدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقٌّۭ ۖ وَلَا يَسْتَخِفَّنَّكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُوقِنُونَ
30:60So be patient! Allah’s promise is indeed true. And do not let yourself be upset by those who have no conviction.

Verse 59
1.This is the sign that a human displays his literacy and ignorance first and then shields it from Allah. Allah knows he will not believe. If Allah had sealed the heart of a human at the initial stage, and human does not bring faith then, it would have been called compulsion.
