This recitation does not mean reading in solitude. It rather denotes inviting the people towards its meanings. That is why after this there is a mention of guidance and deviation.
Benefit: In the 92nd Ayat the benefit of guidance is turned towards those who have guidance but with regard to deviation the Prophet (s.a.w.s.) is mentioned as a warner. That the job of the Prophet (s.a.w.s.) will not be over even after deviation. He shall continue to warn such people of divine chastisement.
