Among the sayings of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) the following qualities of a Mutakallif are mentioned: He confronts one whose is higher than him, he is always after that which he cannot achieve. He speaks about something about which he has no knowledge when he is in your presence he beseeches you and behind your back he indulges in backbiting. He is happy on the problems of others. And the end result of all this is that the Mutakallif always speaks falsehood and indulges in hypocrisy. Because the meaning of Takalluf is Tasanno is that it is to make up something artificial which is used in the sense of false testimony and its aim is that the whole Quran is divine revelation. Not a word of it is from his side, and its verdict will be on the day of Qiyamat, when all its information will become known to all.
