Commentary on this passage
Verse 3
2.The Holy Quran has often announced that faith has no status without good deeds and deeds should also be of two kinds, individual and social that the right of people is also fulfilled and the right of Allah should also not be trampled. Islam has made prayer obligatory for the fulfillment of the right of Allah and for the right of human beings it made obligatory the payment of Zakat and finally stated regarding faith on Resurrection Day so that it should be clarified that there is no importance of this prayer and Zakat which are performed according to the custom or by force of community. On the contrary. in its background the faith in Hereafter is necessary. As this faith is the fulcrum of reward in the hereafter if you have no faith you cannot be deserve any reward and status.
