25:1Blessed is He who sent down the Criterion to His servant that he may be a warner to all the nations.
25:2He, to whom belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth, and who did not take any offspring, nor has He any partner in sovereignty, and He created everything and determined it in a precise measure.

Commentary on this passage
Verse 1
3.It is clarified by this word that the message of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) is not for any single part of the world. On the contrary the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) is merciful and kind to the whole universe and one who frightens people of the painful chastisement of Allah is a good example and sign to make mankind safe from sin and tum them to righteous people of heaven.
4.It is clear that Allah is the Master of the heavens and the earths and whatever is in it is His property but nothing is called His relative or partner.
