13. Ar-Ra'd · The Thunder
Madinan43 verses
وَقَدْ مَكَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَلِلَّهِ ٱلْمَكْرُ جَمِيعًۭا ۖ يَعْلَمُ مَا تَكْسِبُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍۢ ۗ وَسَيَعْلَمُ ٱلْكُفَّٰرُ لِمَنْ عُقْبَى ٱلدَّارِ
13:42Those who were before them [also] schemed; yet all devising belongs to Allah. He knows what every soul earns. Soon the faithless will know in whose favour the outcome of that abode will be.
وَيَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَسْتَ مُرْسَلًۭا ۚ قُلْ كَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدًۢا بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَكُمْ وَمَنْ عِندَهُۥ عِلْمُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ
13:43The faithless say, ‘You have not been sent [by Allah].’ Say, ‘Allah suffices as a witness between me and you, and he who possesses the knowledge of the Book.’1

Verse 43
1.According to the commentators the word master of knowledge means the grand personality of Ali (a.s.). By the way of prejudice some people inferred Abdullah Bin Salam, while this Surah was revealed in Mecca and Abdullah Bin Salam accepted Islam in Medina (From Tafseer Suyuti).

Abu Saeed Khudri has narrated from the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) that “Indahu Ilmo minal Kitab” was regarding the legatee of Sulaiman (a.s.) whereas “Min Indahu Ilmul Kitab” is with regard to the legatee of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.). Ali (a.s.).

This is not a case for material matters where two witnesses are required. It rather indicates the point that Allah will testify for His sending and those with the knowledge of the Book will testify that the prophet is having the Book. And prophethood is the name of these two factors.
