18:23Do not say about anything, ‘I will indeed do it tomorrow,’
18:24without [adding], ‘God willing.’ And when you forget, remember your Lord, and say, ‘Maybe my Lord will guide me to [something] more akin to rectitude than this.’
18:25They remained in the Cave for three hundred years, and added nine more [to that number].1
18:26Say, ‘Allah knows best how long they remained. To Him belongs the Unseen of the heavens and the earth. How well does He see! How well does He hear! They have no guardian besides Him, and none shares with Him in His judgement.’
18:27Recite what has been revealed to you from the Book of your Lord. Nothing can change His words, and you will never find any refuge besides Him.
18:28Content yourself with the company of those who supplicate their Lord morning and evening, desiring His Face, and do not lose sight of them, desiring the glitter of the life of this world. And do not obey him whose heart We have made oblivious to Our remembrance, and who follows his own desires, and whose conduct is [mere] profligacy.2
18:29And say, ‘[This is] the truth from your Lord: let anyone who wishes believe it, and let anyone who wishes disbelieve it.’ Indeed, We have prepared for the wrongdoers a Fire whose curtains will surround them [on all sides]. If they cry out for help, they will be helped with a water like molten copper, which will scald their faces. What an evil drink, and how ill a resting place!*

Commentary on this passage
Verse 24
1.It is necessary to say Insha Allah on deciding to do anything because the Will of Allah is exalted from intention and desires and there is no value to the intent of anyone when evaluated against Allah’s will. According to Muslim law Insha Allah can be used as benediction and its utterance entails no harm. (If it is really regarded conditional on Allah then whole dealing is wrong because dealings should be confirmed and must not be conditional on anything.)
Verse 28
2.The distinctive qualities of infidels, polytheists and materialists are that they value everything in comparison to this world while Islam is unconvinced of anything measuring up to truth and recognition. Which is why Allah clarified by addressing the Prophet (s.a.) and warned people not to be attracted towards the rich people in opposition to faith. This is the best example of training and instruction for people.

Benefit
The 29th ayat has clarified that the condition of the oppressors will be same in the hell as it had been in the world, The only difference is that. there would be curtains of fire and drinks of molten metals. Their faces would be distorted and the atmosphere of hell will be for companionship. May Allah protect all the believers from these circumstances and personification of deeds.
